The service includes pick-up and drop-off as long as the student is located 15 miles away from our headquarters (5663 Lincoln Ave. Suite A Cypress, CA 90630). Students who live further than 15 miles can come to our location or meet us halfway.
You can see the available openings when you log in to your account, or you can always call the office to find the available openings during office hours (Mon – Friday from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, and Saturday from 9:00 am-1:00 pm).
Yes, you can choose your instructor when you schedule your driving lessons.
For behind-the-wheel lessons, we work every day of the week. The hours are: Monday – Friday from 7:00 – 10:00 pm and Saturday- Sunday from 7:00 am – 8:00 pm.
Both, an adult o minor can register for any program of their preference.
After you register and pay, the system will send you a username and a password. When you get the email, go back to the website and click on login: Driving lessons log in, where you enter your login information and log in to your student’s account.
Yes, we always recommend booking your lessons 2 or 3 weeks in advance if you want to get the days and the times that are more convenient for you. Especially on weekends and busy seasons like Summer Break, Spring Break, or Winter Break
Yes, for same-day cancellations, there is a $45 charge.
There is no refund for services provided. However, there will be a $25 administration fee for refunds for services that were not provided.
If you are registered to a behind-the-wheel program, you will have one year from the registration date to complete it. If you are registered to a Driver’s Ed program + Behind the wheel program, you have one year and a half from the registration date. If the program is not complete within this time frame, there is a restatement fee to reactivate your account, which is $50.
