The service includes pick-up and drop-off as long as the student is located 12 miles away from our headquarters (5663 Lincoln Ave., Suite A, Cypress, CA 90630). Students who live further than 12 miles can come to our location or meet us halfway.
You can see the available openings when you log in to your account, or you can always call the office to find the available openings during office hours (Mon – Friday from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, and Saturday from 9:00 am-1:00 pm).
Yes, you can choose your instructor when you schedule your driving lessons.
For behind-the-wheel lessons, we work every day of the week. The hours are Monday – Friday from 7:00 – 10:00 pm and Saturday- Sunday from 7:00 am – 8:00 pm.
Both adults and minors can register for any program of their preference.
After you register and pay, the system will send you a username and a password to your email. When you get the email, go back to the website and click on login: Driving lessons log in, where you enter your login information and log in to your student’s account.
Yes, we always recommend booking your lessons 2 or 3 weeks in advance if you want to get the days and the times that are more convenient for you. Especially on weekends and busy seasons like Summer Break, Spring Break, or Winter Break
Yes, for same-day cancellations, no-shows, or same-day reschedules, there is a $45 charge.
If you are registered to a behind-the-wheel program, you will have one year from the registration date to complete it. If you are registered to a Driver’s Ed program + Behind the Wheel program, you have one year and a half from the registration date.
There are no refunds for online services.
There are no refunds for Behind the Wheel services that have been rendered, but you can request a refund for services that have not been rendered adjusted to the current price by paying a $25 refund fee.
