1. Online Services

There are no refunds for online services.

2. Refund Request

There are no refunds for Behind the Wheel services that have been rendered, but you can request a refund for services that have not been rendered.

If a student or customer requests a refund, we may, at our discretion, process the refund on a case-by-case basis.

·         A $25 transaction fee will apply to any approved refund.

·         All refunds will be calculated based on the current prices in effect at the time the refund is issued, not the original purchase prices.

3. Credit Validity Periods

If you choose to discontinue your package at any point, you may retain credit as follows:

·         Behind-the-Wheel Lessons: Credit valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase.

·         Driver’s Education + Behind-the-Wheel Package: Credit valid for one (1) year and six (6) months from the date of purchase.

4. Credit Transfers

If you decide to stop all lessons with our driving school, any remaining credit may be transferred to a friend or family member of your choice, provided the program is still active.

·         All credit transfers will be calculated based on the current prices in effect at the time the transfer is issued, not the original purchase prices.

5. Expired Programs

Once a program has expired, there will be no credit or refund for the service purchased.
However, we may, at our discretion, review and evaluate each case individually.
